That’s why we’re proud to launch our new Fenton Pet Club, now with unlimited consults included for Complete Plan members.
We believe in tailored care for every patient, so we’ve created a range
of plans to ensure there’s the right option for your pet.
Dogs and cats who join our Complete Plan get full access to our very best service. They can come into our practice for consultations with our friendly vet and nurse teams as often as they like, for no extra charge, as well as paying no extra for a bespoke flea and worming programme, and yearly core vaccinations.
You read that right! Members can book in to see their vet whenever they feel the need, with a range of primary health care needs thrown in too.
What’s more, we’re offering all of this for just £30 per month as an introductory offer, for a limited time only.
There’s our Protect Plan, which at £22 per month ensures annual routine preventative care such as a bespoke flea and worming programme and vaccinations, as well as a range of further perks and benefits. Alternatively there’s our Consult Plan, which simply provides unlimited free consults with our vets and nurses.

What has changed from the old Pet Health Club?
We’ve introduced unlimited consultations with our vets and nurses via our Consult and Complete plans. We’ve put a lot of thought into the bundles of benefits that go into each of our plans to provide the best care at the fairest price. While our new Protect plan is closest to the old Pet Health Club, there are differences based on what we believe ensures the best care in each plan.
There are three plans to choose from depending on your pet’s needs. Consult offers unlimited consultations throughout the year. Protect includes parasite treatments and vaccinations to keep your pet healthy. Complete combines both services to provide full routine care in one simple monthly plan.
What is included in the Complete plan?
The Complete plan combines unlimited consultations with essential preventative care. It brings together everything in our Consult and Protect plans so your pet receives comprehensive routine healthcare. This plan also includes enhanced perks and member discounts.
Are there discounts or extra benefits for members?
Yes. Each plan includes a selection of member-only perks and savings which help reduce the cost of routine treatments and services. These vary between the plans and offer additional value throughout the year. See the table above for full details.
We have a fantastic, highly-trained team of lovely nurses who are the perfect touch point for a six month health check. In this appointment they can screen your pet and make sure they’re healthy and happy. If they find anything that needs further investigation, they’ll refer you on to one of our vets to give this matter the time and attention it needs. It’s a really valuable perk of our Protect plan and a service we’re proud to offer. For unlimited access to both our vet and nurse teams, clients can upgrade to our Complete plan at any time.
How do I know which plan is right for my pet?
Our most comprehensive plan is Lifetime Care Club Complete, which combines all of the benefits of our Protect and Consult plans.If you would like help choosing, our team can talk you through each option and recommend the most suitable level of cover.
How do I join the Fenton Pet Club?
You can sign up easily online at any time. Once you have chosen your plan, your monthly membership begins straight away so your pet can benefit immediately from the included care and discounts.
Yes. If your pet’s needs change, you can move to a different Fenton Pet Club plan. Our team can guide you through the options and help you choose the most appropriate plan going forward.
