LAUNCH OF NEW ON-LINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING!

Some exciting news for those of you who wish to book your routine appointments from the comfort of your armchair 24 hours a day! 

We will shortly be launching our on-line booking system. This will enable registered clients to book appointments online at your convenience.

The appointments will initially be available for routine boosters and health checks. A choice of times will be available each day.

If your pet is unwell we would ask that you still ring to speak in person to a member of staff so that we can deal with your pet’s problem as efficiently as possible by directing, you to the most suitable appointment time and vet.  

In other news…. We are slowly returning staff to work as lockdown eases.

The nature of our work means that we are used to working in close proximity to you, our clients and your pets. With social distancing rules this remains a concern for us and in order to keep everyone safe we are keen to keep the number of people in the building as low as possible.

We are still working with small teams of people, and we continue to take all necessary precautions to protect our customers and staff.  We recognise that many of our clients are in the vulnerable group and so will be operating the closed door policy for a little longer until we can be sure that it is safe to relax this policy.

There will be additional measures in place to help ease any congestion. You will notice car parking places are numbered so that we can find you easily if you need to stay in your car. Different entry points will be used for collection of medicines etc so please follow instructions when you arrive as these points may change.

Please do not come to the surgery if you have symptoms or have tested positive for the virus. If a staff member were to contract the disease or test positive, it could have serious consequences for our ability to continue to provide a service.
