End of Summer!

The weather recently has suddenly changed and we realise autumn is nearly upon us!

We have weathered the storms of the pandemic and so far are keeping busy and catching up with the backlog of routine work nicely thanks to our fantastic staff and support from clients and patience from our patients!!

We have exciting news that you can now make on-line bookings for routine appointments such as boosters. This means that you have access to one of our appointment diaries to make appointments from the comfort of your own home. You need to be a registered client and follow a simple registration process from our website and then off you go!

We continue to do routine work on Saturdays and Sundays for the moment whilst we catch up with overdue boosters and routine surgical procedures. If you have any concerns about a lapsed booster then please contact us via website, facebook messenger or by phone.

Finally, we are working hard behind the scenes to make sure we are working as safely as possible and are re-assessing the situation weekly regarding a date for allowing clients back into the building.

We run a great risk in opening up our building to the public, as we have been working closely together in small teams up to now. A single person testing positive for COVID-19 (and therefore all in-contacts needing to isolate themselves) would have serious consequences for our ability to run a full 24 hour service and so we will be very cautious about going back to normal.

It is likely in the near future that reception may open in some form but the size of the consultation rooms mean that it is likely that you will not be able to accompany your pet into the building for some time yet.
