Brendan grew up on a dairy farm in County Clare on the West coast of Ireland. After qualifying from Vet school in Dublin, Brendan worked in mixed practice in rural Wales, then heading overseas working in New Zealand & Australia before returning home to work in Galway. Family circumstances brought him back to Wales where he remains to this day working with Fenton Vets in beautiful Pembrokeshire. Brendan is Director of QA for Iechyd Da, the VDP in South Wales as well as being Deputy POV. He was lead vet for the Wales Enferplex Pilot and is currently jointly managing the Pembrokeshire bTB Project.
