Jack Stanton
Jack graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2021 and made the leap to Pembrokeshire to start the RVC Production Animal Internship – having never set foot in the county before. He liked it enough to stay, and has been with us since July 2021.
Since completing his internship Jack has gone on to achieve a Certificate at the University of Liverpool in partnership with the RCVS specialising in cattle, and is currently undertaking the Production Animal Residency with the RVC alongside the European College of Bovine Health Management. He's driven by the belief that the more he learns, the better he can serve his patients and clients.
Outside of work he tries to keep as active as possible – particularly when the sun is shining, which he says comes in handy when you need to catch the odd sheep or calf.
His favourite thing about Pembrokeshire? The variety of landscapes. Being out in the van all day means he gets to see incredible scenery along the same routes – and the view is never quite the same twice.
