Receptionist / Client Care Assistant (CCA)
Overview: The role is critical to the smooth running of the practice and clients' first impressions on telephoning and visiting the surgery.
Job Description: The duties of the Client Care Assistant/Receptionist include, but are not limited to: prompt and efficient telephone answering and service, dealing with routine client queries, making appointments, taking payments, cashing up at end of day and end of week, banking, conversing with clients and staff members, taking and relaying messages, cleaning, stock taking, maintaining and promoting H&S in the Reception Area and other parts of the practice as required, labelling of drugs ready for client collection, sending and responding to emails, maintaining high standard of cleanliness and tidiness in the reception and front house areas and consulting rooms. Sales and marketing, promote services offered
