COVID-19 Welsh Government Firebreak Update

On Monday 19th October the Welsh Government announced a period of firebreak lockdown running from 6pm on Friday 23rd to Monday November 9th.

We would like to reassure our customers that we are committed to providing you with the best service possible during this time.

We are fully compliant with COVID guidelines and have had procedures in place for the safe treatment of pets within our clinics (without their owners being present) for some time, and more recently to allow payments and collections of medicines to be made safely from reception.

If you require veterinary assistance during this time, our staff will be available as usual to provide care and advice.

Should you feel your appointment is not necessary during this time or you would rather postpone until after Nov 9th then please contact us to rearrange. Telephone appointments may be possible for non urgent cases to prevent unnecessary travel.
