Covid 19 - Latest Update May 2020

The current situation in Wales remains largely unchanged.

We are pleased with the Welsh Government's recommendation that we should all still stay at home where possible and so we will continue to provide restricted services for the next 3 weeks so that we can be confident of keeping as many people as possible safe.

We continue to work in small teams in Haverfordwest and we are pleased to announce that the Pembroke Dock branch is now open for veterinary services from Monday-Friday on slightly restricted hours.

It is impossible for us to safely provide grooming services at this time and so we apologise for any inconvenience but the groomers will remain closed for now.

We continue to monitor the situation and assess which services we can safely provide - these currently include puppy and kitten vaccinations, first year boosters and neutering’s as well as all animals that need to be seen if they are unwell.

We are constantly looking for ways to improve how we work and are currently looking at easier and quicker ways for you to make appointments.

For the moment we will continue to work behind closed doors to minimise social contact. Please follow instructions on what to do when you get to the practice and bring your mobile phone with you so we can contact you whilst your pet is with us.

Please maintain a safe 2m distance from others at all times whilst waiting.

As usual, we thank you for entrusting the care of your best friends to us.
Please contact us for any queries you may have.
