For your convenience, you may request to register your pet with us through the website.  If he/she has been registered with another veterinary practice in the recent past, it is normal procedure for the new practice to request and be supplied with a medical history from the previous vets.  This is essential for ongoing problems or second opinions.  Please tell us if this applies to your pet.  It will save time and unnecessary visits.

On line registrations will be processed the next working day. Please check the box on acceptance of 'Terms of Business'.
