For your convenience, you may register your pet with us through the website.  If he/she has been registered with another veterinary practice in the recent past, it is normal procedure for the new practice to request and be supplied with a medical history from the previous vets.  This is essential for ongoing problems or second opinions.  Please tell us if this applies to your pet.  It will save time and unnecessary visits.

On line registrations will be processed the next working day. Please check the box on acceptance of 'Terms of Business'. Full details are available on request. A summary is shown below.

Terms of Business / Conditions of Registration

I agree to take responsibilty for the cost of treating my animal.
I understand that all payments are due at the time of treatment.
I understand that a charge maybe made to issue a bill for outstanding fees.  Failure to make payment will result in the matter being referred to a debt collection agency.
Payments may be made by cash, cheque with a guarantee card, or credit/debit cards.
